Overview

The Dashboard is your franchise's performance home page in FM 3.0. It loads automatically after you select your franchise and gives you a live snapshot of key metrics, action items, rankings, and growth trends — all in one place.

Data on the Dashboard updates on two schedules: most panels are real-time (cached up to 5 minutes and refreshable on demand), while revenue figures come from a nightly batch process and reflect transactions through the end of the previous business day.

Getting Started: Select your franchise from the Search Parameters panel at the top of the page. All Dashboard panels load automatically once a franchise is selected. Collapse the panel to give more room to the data below.

KPI Tiles

Four tiles at the top of the Dashboard summarize your most important franchise metrics at a glance. Each tile lets you toggle between MTD (Month to Date), QTD (Quarter to Date), and YTD (Year to Date), and shows a trend arrow with your % change vs. the same period one year prior.

TileWhat It CountsData Type
MembersUnique members whose join date falls within the selected periodReal-time
RegistrationsPaid (non-cancelled) registrations within the selected periodReal-time
Net RevenueTotal payments minus refunds within the selected periodNightly
Avg Reg FeeTotal registration revenue divided by paid registration countReal-time

Each tile has a refresh button (↻) in the top-right corner to pull the latest data on demand. A green up arrow means you are ahead of prior year; a red down arrow means you are behind.

Note on Net Revenue: Revenue figures on the KPI tiles reflect the previous night's payment reconciliation. Transactions from today will appear tomorrow.

Announcements

A banner below the KPI tiles displays the latest network-wide announcements from the Home Office — the same content shared across the franchise network. Announcements may include upcoming events, deadlines, policy updates, or action items. Click any announcement card to read the full message.

Follow Ups

The Follow Ups panel surfaces action items across your franchise that need attention. Each row shows a count badge — click any row with a non-zero count to open a detail drawer listing the specific records.

My Rankings

The Rankings panel shows how your franchise compares to all others in the network across four metrics. Rankings are shown for four time periods:

  • Rolling 365 Days — The past 365 calendar days
  • Rolling 30 Days — The past 30 calendar days
  • MTD — Month to date
  • YTD — Year to date

Metrics ranked: Net Revenue, Members, Registrations, and Avg Reg Fee. Each shows your rank position alongside the actual value.

Nightly Data: Rankings are pre-calculated each night comparing your franchise against all others. The "Updated" timestamp on the panel reflects when the last nightly calculation completed — rankings do not update intra-day.

Waitlist Opportunity

If your franchise has programs running in waitlist mode, this panel shows the estimated revenue opportunity sitting in your waitlist — the number of waitlisted players and a dollar estimate based on current registration fees. If no programs are in waitlist mode or the registration cutoff date has not yet passed, this panel will show .

Customer Satisfaction (NPS)

The Customer Satisfaction panel displays your franchise's Net Promoter Score (NPS) calculated from post-season survey responses. NPS measures how likely families are to recommend i9 Sports to others.

PeriodWhat It Shows
Season-to-dateNPS for the current active season, based on responses received so far
Last SeasonFinal NPS from the most recently completed season
YTD (Season)NPS across all seasons completed so far this calendar year
R4 SeasonsAverage NPS across the four seasons prior to the current one

Each row shows the NPS score alongside the change vs. the same period one year prior. Scores are color-coded: green (63%+) is strong, orange (60–62%) needs attention, and red (below 60%) needs improvement.
